Kuinua™ Consulting Inc. is a consulting firm that provides grant writing and resource enrichment strategies to not-for-profits, public agencies, and selected businesses throughout Ontario.
Utilizing a comprehensive and integrated approach, we support organizations in their quest to access funding and strengthen their capacities to serve their communities.
Kuinua™ (KÅ«-e-nÅ«-à) means to elevate. Through our approach, organizations can identify the gap between stagnation, transformation, and elevation by implementing strategies that aid in reimagining their success.
Why We Are Different
Since our inception, Kuinua™ has developed a model of engagement that identifies and builds on our client's strengths and vision. We do this by working in partnership with clients to develop tailored pathways to elevation and success. We don't dictate what should be done; we offer practical strategies guided by our experiences serving on grant review panels, crafting grant proposals for multiple sectors, submitting applications to foundations, government, and corporate entities, and navigating business landscapes across three continents. Our goal is to move clients from existing to elevating.
The Founders
Minerva Saddler Gray, MA, Co-Founder, Grants & Business Strategist
Since 2005, I have provided grant writing and business development expertise to national and international organizations across multiple sectors. I have worked in Atlanta, Toronto, South America, Latin America & the Caribbean, and on the continent of Africa. I am known best as a grant writer; however, I have designed fund development and capacity-building strategies, multi-sectoral partnership engagement plans, business development frameworks, and conducted operational reviews, for not-for-profits, NGOs, and corporate entities. Leveraging my deep knowledge of grant funding, I founded together with my life and business partner, Kuinua™ Consulting Inc. in 2019.
Wayne L. Gray, MSW, RSW, Co-Founder & Research Enrichment Strategist
I love working in partnership with clients where I get the chance to dig deep and find strategic solutions that work for them and their goals. I leverage my 20+ years of experience, acquired in Canada and the United States, to provide clients with the resource building tools to improve efficiency and elevate various dimensions of their organizations.
